The Company has no control over the use of your personal information by any Customer, User, or Third Party to which we have no control or authority of and you agree that we are not liable for any use of your personal information by any such individual. If you have special preferences concerning use of your personal information by an individual user or customer you must communicate those preferences directly to them.
4. Opting-out, Correcting and Updating Your Information
Company utilizes Email and Phone as a vital and primary communication channel with registered users of this Site. By providing us with your Email address and phone number, you grant to Company (and its service providers) permission to communicate with you via Email or phone for any purposes Company determines to be relevant to your use of their services or your relationship with Company including, but not limited to, system and service messages, product updates, service announcements and other marketing messages. IP Addresses
When you visit the Company App, Web sites, or utilize our Services, the Company collects your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. Company also collects IP addresses from Customers whey they log into the Services as part of the Company’s “Identity Confirmation” and “IP Range Restrictions” security features.
8. Response to Do Not Track Signals
Certain web browsers may provide an option by which you may have the browser inform websites or internet services you visit that you do not wish to have personally identifiable information about your activities tracked by cookies or other persistent identifiers across time and across third-party Internet websites, online or cloud computing services, online applications, or mobile applications. Customers and Visitors may elect to use the Company’s any referral program to inform friends about the Company’s Web sites. When using the referral program, the Company requests the friend’s name and email address. Company will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Company’s Web sites. Company does not store this information.
Company posts a list of Customers and testimonials on the Company’s Web sites that contain information such as Customer names and titles.

We do not target our Website or our products or merchandise for sale on our Website to children, and our Website does not seek to collect contact information from children under the age of 13.
