How it works for delivery driver

Receive & deliver orders

Check-in to the DeliverEm app. Receive a sound alert whenever new orders come in.

Click "assign to me" and get ready to pick up the order.

Fulfill catering order

Click "Order picked-up" after collecting the order. Serve at the customer's delivery location with help from our real-time tracking system.

Complete the order

Click on "Collect Money" if the order was in-person payment, or

Click "Delivery Completed" once the order is delivered to the customer's delivery location.

How it works for customers

Place orders

Browse the MunchEm website, or download the MunchEm app (Android & iOS) and search for the location or business to place an order.

Alternatively, if you have, your business website will Browse for it, or download the business app (Android & iOS) and look into the menu to place an order.

Make a payment

Place an advanced order by scheduling, or order instantly looking through the menu for delivery or pickup.

Before proceeding to pay, leave a tip of your choice and pay with a credit card or in-person securely in-app/website.

The Online Catering system allows you to take large delivery orders at a time directly from your website, custom app, or Facebook page. Customers can easily place their orders from anywhere, thus saving them time and adding value.

How does the online catering system work?

Once a customer places an order, you will get a notification via the OrderEm app, phone, text, or email with the customer’s order & item details, delivery address, and notes. Your kitchen then prepares the food and notifies the driver when to pick up and deliver the order.

Is there a cancellation fee?

OrderEm does not believe in contracts or commitments to lock you in. We believe in providing value to your business that increases your resources and revenue. If you are not happy, you can cancel our service at any time: No Cancellation Fees, no upfront charges.

Yes, you can turn off your catering settings whenever you want. We provide an option for you to turn off your settings for certain hours/days; after that it will turn on automatically.

Do you make custom changes or integrate with our in house software?

Yes, we can make any custom changes you need or plan integration with your software if needed. If you need a custom change, do not hesitate to contact us.
