What are the pricing packages available?
Basic, standard, and advanced packages are available for different prices. The basic package comes with an online ordering system. The standard package comes with online ordering plus a custom app. The advance package comes with the standard package plus a custom website. For more details click here for additional pricing.
How can I upgrade my package? Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes, go to the My Billing section which is under your business name on the left side tree structure panel and click on Billing. Your current plan's detail will be on the top left side. To upgrade your plan click on Edit Current Plan. Here you can select the upgrade package that is best for you and click Continue, the selected package pricing amount will automatically deduct.
How does the free trial work?
We offer a free trial for one month with only online ordering. After one month, you will receive an email to upgrade your package with one of our subscriptions. If not upgraded, receiving online orders will stop.
Will my data be private and safe?
Yes, all our sites include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
Are there any loyalty programs?
Yes, we offer loyalty programs to entice your loyal customers. To learn more about our loyalty program click here.
Does my free trial limit my access to features?
Yes, the free trial does not come with a custom app or website, only online ordering.
Do I have to sign any long-term contract?
No, there are no contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept only credit card and ACH payment methods.
Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up or for a free trial?
Yes, you have to give a credit card or ACH details to sign up for a free trial.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup fees charged if you're going to set up on your own. If you want us to set up your website then we will charge accordingly. Check out our pricing page for additional information.
What is your cancellation policy?
OrderEm offers No-Contract online ordering and we will never charge a cancellation fee. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service team at 407-996-6666 for assistance.
